Working with students

Sponsored research. We fund work on specific, named problems rather than general themes, in areas where the literature is moving faster than the curriculum.

Capstone and thesis projects. Semester and year long projects scoped from questions that are live in our own systems, supervised jointly by faculty and by practitioners who do the work commercially.

Hands on labs. Access to environments students otherwise cannot get near: confidential computing enclaves with genuine hardware attestation, graph analytics at realistic scale, and synthetic datasets built to behave like the real thing.

Mentoring. Sustained access to people already doing the work, treated as recognised, compensated contribution rather than a favour asked of busy people.
